The business was already well known by project managers and direct clients who had seen the quality of its work first-hand. But across larger estate teams, where relationships are wider and decision-making is more layered, there was an opportunity to build stronger awareness.
Grangewood wanted to raise its profile in a way that felt right for its brand. Quiet, confident and built around the quality of the work, rather than loud marketing for the sake of it.
A magazine built around craft, people and projects.
We developed Grangewood Stories, a high-end in-house magazine designed to celebrate the people, projects and craftsmanship behind London’s finest properties.
The idea was simple. Create a piece of content that felt as considered as the work Grangewood delivers.
Each edition brought together client interviews, project features, photography and stories from the people behind the schemes. It gave Grangewood a way to stay in touch with clients, open up new conversations and show the depth of its work beyond a standard project sheet.
We managed the full process from concept to delivery, including copywriting, interviews, photography, design, artwork, print and distribution.
The result was more than a magazine. It became a relationship tool, a brand piece and a useful source of content for wider PR and marketing.
