At Macbeth Lankester, we have always believed in having strong guiding principles to support our business practices, it was part of why we set the agency up in the first place.
However, in the decade we’ve been established, we’ve never attempted to put pen to paper to define our values. As we’ve recently grown our team, we thought it was the perfect time to take a day out to do just that.
