Helping GreenMark clients shout about their sustainability progress
GreenMark helps businesses of all sizes take practical steps towards better environmental performance. It offers a more accessible route for organisations that want credible sustainability accreditation, without the cost, complexity or documentation burden that can come with larger frameworks.
The challenge was to raise awareness of GreenMark, but also to help its accredited businesses feel confident talking about their own progress.
Because when clients are proud to share what they have achieved, the GreenMark story travels much further.
Putting GreenMark’s clients at the centre of the story
We worked with GreenMark to build a communications approach around its growing client community.
Rather than only talking about the accreditation itself, we focused on the businesses using it. Their progress, their reasons for taking action, and the practical changes they were making.
From local councils and SMEs to national consultancies, we encouraged GreenMark clients to share their accreditation across their own channels. We supported this through social media campaigns, client stories, digital resources and messaging that made it easier for organisations to talk about sustainability in a clear and credible way.
The aim was simple: help GreenMark become more visible by helping its clients become more vocal.
A growing community doing the talking for GreenMark
The campaign helped strengthen GreenMark’s credibility and reach by making its clients a more active part of the brand story.
Client-led content became some of the strongest-performing activity on LinkedIn, helping to grow engagement, increase visibility and build momentum around the accreditation.
More importantly, it helped turn GreenMark from a certification into something people wanted to be part of. A community of businesses making progress, sharing it publicly and encouraging others to take the next step.
